This policy describes how AgentGov, Inc. (“AgentGov,” “we,” “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, agentgov.us. Use of AgentGov’s products is governed separately, by the agreement executed with your organization.
What you send us. If you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message field. That’s the only place this site asks you for personal information.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — pages visited, how you got here, and general location derived from your IP address. Analytics data is aggregated; we don’t use it to identify you personally.
Bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser; its handling of that data is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We use contact-form details to reply to you, and for nothing else — no marketing lists, no sharing, no selling. Analytics data is used to improve the site. AgentGov does not sell personal data.
Data collected by this site is stored in Google Cloud Platform, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to AgentGov personnel who need it to respond to you.
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as they’re relevant to an active conversation or business relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@agentgov.us — we have a real deletion process, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Send any such request to hello@agentgov.us and we’ll honor it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
